Grace R. A. Brown, Registered Psychotherapist

She / Her

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with a Masters in Spiritual Care & Psychotherapy (Wilfrid Laurier) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) providing in-person therapy in Kitchener as well as online counselling throughout Canada .

With warm, compassionate care, I journey with Adults, Adolescents, Couples and Families of all kinds. I empower folks who have been devastated by relationship loss in all forms including those impacted by violence. My passion for healthy relationships inspires me to work in supporting folks while allowing them to address Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Work Stress, Personality Disorders, Trauma, Grief/Loss, Relationship concerns, Family Concerns, Gender, Career Changes, Compassion Fatigue and much more.

My alliance with clients is influenced by a Client-directed, Strength-based, Trauma-informed approach. I utilize an integrated strategy of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused and Psychoeducation to address client concerns in a holistic way. I believe we are not separate parts of self and invite clients to feel free to incorporate their Faith and Spirituality as a part of their healing.

I find it a privilege to support travellers in their wellness journey and consider it an honour to create protected spaces for folks to be brave and vulnerable as I guide them to the awareness of their strength and resilience within.

If you're not sure where to turn or how therapy can help, please be brave. Reach out and book a free, no obligation consultation so we can discuss your goals.
